《歌舞昇平》裡有幾個(gè)如果是肥皂劇劇情肯定會(huì)被安排連成一線的家庭他們口中的悲慘命運(yùn)是如此曖昧地有異曲同工之妙令人在觀看時(shí)會(huì)想那是誰(shuí)的誰(shuí)那人跟那人又有什麼關(guān)係　　其實(shí)唯一的關(guān)聯(lián)是五個(gè)家庭同樣領(lǐng)取「綜援」但每個(gè)故事卻往不同方向發(fā)展他們貧窮的理由或許不一樣處境也不一樣結(jié)果卻都發(fā)展成十分相似的生活狀態(tài)殊途同歸的境地幾乎都是對(duì)貧窮的習(xí)慣和適應(yīng)影片裡穿插著過年的片段又和典型中國(guó)人過年有難以區(qū)分的相同與不同　　The film explores the hidden face of poverty in one of the world's most affluent and capitalistic cities.
